Recipe: ICE LOLLIES!

With the second heatwave arriving (we hope!), there’s never been a better time to have an ice lolly. Check out these child-friendly, healthy recipes for a classic summertime treat! The method couldn’t be simpler...



Mix together:

  • 250g of raspberries (or any fruit of your choice!

  • 100ml of natural yoghurt or fruit juice (apple or orange works a treat!)

  • A teaspoon of honey (topped up to your tastes)

Wizz together in a blender and pour evenly into lolly-moulds

Freeze for around 4 hours or until solid!



Some other tastes to try:


banana , yoghurt and honey


chocolate and avocado:

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 banana

  • 2tbsp raw cacao

  • 2tbsp honey

  • 1tsp lemon juice

  • 1 cup almond milk


Ginger nut and berries

  • 100g ginger nut biscuits

  • 405g can light condensed milk

  • 500g assorted berries of your choosing

  • 500g pot 0% fat natural Greek yogurt


Mango and lime

  • 2 fresh mangoes

  • zest of 1 lime

  • 1/4 cup lime juice (1-2 limes)

  • 1/3 cup milk
