Modeling Ballons into Magic!

In a party, getting the children’s attention can be difficult. But at Puddles we know that starting with some balloon modeling will always get them going. Whether it’s an animal or a flower, playing with such colourful things that seem to appear by magic will always intrigue our little ones.

STEP 1: Get yourself some good balloons from any Party Shop, or from Amazon.

STEP 2: Ask the child to pick the colour. Envolving them always works best!

STEP 3: Think of what they like and what will make them happy.

For instance, for the more active ones, a sword balloon works wonders! They get to run around pretending to be soldiers or pirates or sword fighting with their peers while being perfectly safe, because they might pop but balloons won’t hurt anyone.

Here’s how we make our sword balloons:

An even easier model:

So simple and easy, yet so effective. You’ll have your children entertained within seconds.

For the children that love animals making a balloon into a puppy will warm their hearts:

Tip: Make the neck longer and you make a giraffe.

Here are other fun and slightly more complicated models you can have fun with:

Two Balloon Flower (You can make it into a hat!)

Balloon Bee

For the Birthday Child you can always make them a crown! They will be over the moon!
